Actually I have read that always drinking medicine can weaken the part of your stomache which is responsible for digestion so I think you'll slower your metabolism if you'll keep drinking medicines!.

All I can say is just control your eating!. Or if you want to eat and eat, just eat negative calorie foods like apples, oranges, etc!. These are foods which contain less calories in them but the body needs so much supplied calories to burn them so you'll lose weight when you eat them!.

There's no diet pill that works!!! You need to just focus on what you want and do it!. Make a meal plan that you can go by or get on ediets!.com they make one for you!. Then I love to work out to TurboJam!. Get on beachbody!.com and order it!. If you like to dance and have fun while working out then you have to try it!. And the best thing is you can do it at home!. I hat going to the gym!. But you also need to get support from you friends!. It helps me a lot when I have someone to help motivate me!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
