Could I get a lot of muscle by senior year with this routine?!


Question: Could I get a lot of muscle by senior year with this routine!?
Hey I do martial arts so the following I can handle,
I eat tons of chicken and fish and other vegetables!.
Run around my neighborhood once every 2 days!.
500 Push Ups Monday Wednesday and Friday
500 Sit Ups Monday Wednesday and Friday
500 Jumping Jacks every day
300 Leg ups Monday Wednesday and Friday
600 Crunches Tuesday and Thursday
Lift weights Tuesday Thursday and Saturday
Take Sunday off!.
In three months how much muscle do you think I could get with this routine, I know chicken and fish build up protein which is needed for muscle so I will be eating plenty of that and I will also be drinking plenty of drinks!.
I am at least going for the Brad Pitt muscle that he had in fight club but I am also going for some muscle that will be noticable in school!. So in 3 months do you think I could gain tons of muscle with this routine!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you are too fixated on the numbers game!.!. your muscles do not know the difference between 100 pushups and 600 pushups!. your muscles respond to resistance, and they adapt by rebuilding themselves bigger and stronger after being broken down by that resistance!.!. the number you do depends on your current level of conditioning!.!. for an out of shape person, the workout you describe is way too much for them to handle, on the other hand, for a well conditioned athelete or seasoned weight trainer, the workout listed may not be enough to promote further gains in musculature!. train with enough intensity and volume to overload the muscle and break it down, then allow them muscles to rest and recuperate!. take in plenty of protein along with a good supply of complex carbs to fuel your growth!. most importantly, listen to your body!. if you are not feeling the effects of your current routine, you need to step it up with either more volume, or more weight!. if you are left extremely sore for days after the workout or are not able to complete the workout, back off a bit and allow your body to catch up to the demands you are placing on it!. feel free to email me if you have any questions on what i wrote and good luckWww@Answer-Health@Com

I think you can get alot of muscle by senoir year!. Just be careful of what you eat and remember to stick with the routine! My uncle is a Marine and his best advice for me when im out on the soccer field is to do plenty of sit-ups and push-ups!. It gives you strength and endurance!. If your looking for speed,agility, and acuracy try running/jogging on the tredmill:) also remember when your drinking protein drinks make sure they have LOW sodium or sugars! That is bad!
