Question: Will i gain weight from eating one large meal a week!?
i work out everyday!. 30 minutes a day!. and in one week, i would only but still eat a one or two huge meals (may sometimes include carbs)!.

will this in anyway promote weight gain!? am i ruining my diet!? do leave suggestions!. thankssss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

My Auntie has had Anorexia for years and now she looks like a skinny skeleton-like person because shes afraid to eat any large meals!.

If you ate three large meals per week, it would not ruin your diet at all, it would be extremely healthy and give you plenty more strength do do tons more fitness stuff!. Ive noticed i cant train properly whenever ive not eaten enough/much!. Enjoy yourself when foods concerned! theres nothing worse than feeling empty/restricted!.

Although its best to make sure what youre eating is good for you!. Avoid foods high on fat and go for food high in protein and all the good stuff!. Theres plenty of low-fat large meals out there!.

You could definitely gain weight!. It is better to eat several smaller meals a day!. The reason is that they speed up your metabolism!. I went from 230lbs!. to a lean build and 176lbs!. by eating smaller meals several times a day, I also do tons of cardio!.

I start at breakfast with the largest meal(which is still small) and gradually get smaller!. The reason I do this is I am active in the day like most people and it will kick up my metabolism for the day!.

So in short, many smaller meals = boost your metabolism slightly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ever hear of a cheat day!? Bodybuilders use them to keep their metabolism guessing so it doesn't slow down from dieting!. A BB will eat a thousand more calories than usual one day a week & it actually aids in their weight management!.
BTW: this variety applies to working out, too!. Your body get used to the same workout, so if you don't vary your exercises, you won't improve!.

eat plenty of proteins and cut as much sodium from your diet to lower water retention!.!.!.!. no junk food and eat as much organic as possible

sounds liek an eating disorder waiting to happen!. you need to eat healthy everyday!. theres really no need to eat a HUGE meal!. just split the one HUGE meal in 2 to keep ur metabolism going, and u should b fine!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
