Healthy, or not? How to rid of excess fat?

i used to be overweight when i was younger. im not exactly fat now.. but i do have a little extra pounds left over that dont exactly complement me. so, first of all.. do i look healthy? im not really sure. all i want to do is be healthy.. and i want to make sure that i look it. what do you think? look.

How can I lose weight, the healthy way? Whats the healthy diet for me, looking like that. No health problems. Thirteen years old. Girl.. obviously. About 150 pounds. And only 5'3" tall. Thank you for all of your answers.

Your calculated body mass index (BMI) says you are overweight, but not obese. You're only thirteen, so you are still growing. As you grow taller, your BMI will lower. You shouldn't be too concerned with your weight now. You're too young to worry about it! But if you do want to lose a little bit of weight, you should eat 5-6 small meals a day. That keeps your metabolism constantly running, which means it will constantly burn. Exercising is also good. Cardio workouts are the best way to shed some pounds without bulking up. Cutting back on sweets and pop would also be a good idea. Good luck!
