I exercised for about 3 weeks lost 5lbs. then gained it back while exercising?!


Question:

I exercised for about 3 weeks lost 5lbs. then gained it back while exercising?

well i've been exercising for about 3 weeks n then weighed 115lbs. lost 5lbs. now im still exercising n gained 5 lbs. back but not really eating that healthy but exercising more? im 5'6 and 13 yrs old. is it just water weight or fat????


Answers:

it could be water weight unless you see yourself looking fatter. This happens to me often but the best thing you should do is measure yourself and it will be easier to tell if you lost an inch of fat. If you are strenght training then probably your gaining muscle so no worries. Also even though you are exersising still watch what you eat . good luck
