What's a good snack to nibble on that won't make you gain weight?!


Question: What's a good snack to nibble on that won't make you gain weight!?
The title is pretty self explanatory!.!.!.something i'd find around the house, that doesn't take any/much preparation!.!.!.

I always nibble during the day!.!.!.usually on fruits or chocolate and things, or i chew on gum!.!.!.i don't want to gain weight, so i'm looking for alternatives to sweet things!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

jello! its amazing!. if you're looking for a sweet fix, you can eat just one for 10 calories, or even if you are really hungry, the entire pack of 6 is only 60 ! also, fruit is full of fiber, fiber fills you, and helps things through your system!. its decreases your appetite, and energizes you!. its also takes more calories to digest than it does to eat!. you actually lose weight from eating it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Triscuit crackers are good and very filling , I prefer the Thin kind!.
