At 14 your body is absolutely craving food for the changes it's going through and you shouldn't be considering restricting that!. You need a lot more food than an adult your size!.

OMG :S all these young ppl lol me 13 5'3 1/2 and 99 area!.

Try eating fruits, and veggies!. and for dessert (my fav!.) fruit frozen!. it taste delicious! my fav is pineapple and i froze it Mmmm lol!. frozen fruit, is auctually better for you then regular!.
