OK!.!.!. I'm 13, 5'6" and 125 pounds!. I'm almost all fat tho!. How can I lose fat and gain muscle!? (i'd like to mainly tone my arms and flatten my stomach!. I'm leaning towards weights/pushups cuz i cant go running!. I'd basically like to bulken up!.) I'm serious i'm very weak and i want to be stronger!. You're much too young to diet!. You need to grow and as you develop with age you will change!. You probably only have a thick stomach because you are about to get taller!. Please, just don't worry about it yet, and give yourself some time to grow into your feet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
