2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines

Oh girlfriend your too young here to be thinking about weight lost here! And I know that your not fat here!Your only 14 or 15 here and you worry about the weight lost when your in your 30th's here or 40th's here! But if this is important to you then its call low carb diet! No bread and no white stuff potatoes and french fries and rice! Your carb count should be no more then 20 but if you need more then at least 25 the most here! Execise go for along walks sit ups jogging swimming anything to burn of fat!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, or weight watchers!. I cannot garuntee you that you will lose more than 10 pounds by July on your own, so you best try a diet and excersise program!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
