Question: What will happen if i continue only eating a bowl of crunchy nut and 1 pint ech of water n juice!?

I will have to say that ive recovered from having an eating disorder and its not actully the best way to lose weight! Try using Bio Body Perfect - Fat Burner (You can buy them from Argos) and you lose like 3 pounds a day (Well i did) <3Www@Answer-Health@Com

i once saw the need to eat little to nothing daily, and im telling oyu its not worth it, no one likes someone whos skin and bones!.
now i am proud to say that i am a healthy size!.
if u continue you will lose all energy, fall week, get spots, stomach cramps, period pains will be hell!. etc etc
so eat healthy,excersice a few times a week to control you weight because starvation is not the answer!.

If the questioner meant 'kilos', not pounds, then she's still dead!. 38!.8lbs is about 2st 9, or the weight of your average 2-3 year old!. 38!.8kgs, is around 5st 8, probably the same weight as most 7-8 year olds!.
