How healthy is my breakfeast?!


Question: How healthy is my breakfeast!?
This morning I had 4 cups of coffee, and I will have a banana and a Special K bar!. I'm 19 years old and my height is 5'8!. I only have a couple extra pounds, and I'm trying to get a 6 pack!. If I have this for breakfeast every morning, do you think this will help!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

that diet is not good!. u should have 1 or 2 cups of coffe and some eggs or something more filling!. eating alot is not bad its good but u have to eat heathy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'd substitute the coffee for a protein shake, which you can get in bulk at your supermarket!. All that caffeine is not healthy; it's the equivalent of eating four chocolate donuts for breakfast!. The banana and Special K (excellent choice of cereal) are just fine, but I would try adding some toast with peanut butter, and see what happens!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cut down on the caffeine, bro; it's not good for you!. Also, you need to eat more than that for a full meal!. Shoot for 400-600 calories per meal and 100-200 calories for up to three snacks during the day and you will find yourself at a healthy weight!. The six pack only comes one way, and that's through exercise of the abdominal muscles!. Good luck, and don't starve yourself any more!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No - that is too much coffee!. You especially won't shed pounds if you are putting cream and sugar in it!. Cut back to one cup of coffee, a banana and either oatmeal or cereal!. Cereal bars are loaded with artificial sweetners and are not good for you!. Also, you need to work out to get a 6 pack!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well s for the coffee is it decaf other wise bad bad bad, it causes bad bloodserculation,which means u dont get oxygen to ure heart, brain,and other parts!. u nead to get protein in your diet if u want to build muscel, the way u're eating u are tring to lose weight and tissue and u nead to build tissue!.
here are a few tips:
1scramble egg, bacon and saucage with protein shake!.

or go to gim in morning and have a protein shake before session about 30min before!. then for breakfast have a protein like whole grain porrige with a high protein contens!. read the labels!.

do about 6 reps at first and work ure way up; what i mean by that:
crunces half way up 10
full sit up 10
to the sides10 each side
ful up and and a crunch 10
lift ure legs and let them drop while keeping it controled 10

You need to eat a better breakfast!. I can't say anything about the coffee because I am like you!. But you need more to eat!.
Say scrambled eggs with some cheese (2 or 3 eggs) And the special K bar for your mid morning snack!.

I fell into this web site!. Sparkpeople!.com and it is great!. You put in what you eat and it counts all your calories for you!. You have to join and it is free!. Thats pretty bad the only redeaming feature is the banana!.

You need complex carbs, fat and protein for breakfast and avoid excessive caffeine!. Four cups of coffee is not good there is no benefit to drinkning coffee get yourself water or green tea!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try like to eggs on with wheat and PB with a glass of milk!.!.

It sounds pretty healthy, but maybe you want some more carbs if you are going to work out & build a 6-pack!. Also, 4 cups of coffee is probably too much caffeine!. Maybe some sort of sports drink with vitamins would be better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

try and do sit ups every morning as this strengthens your stomach muscles ergo helping you to get a six pack but try and lay off the coffee it makes your teeth rot and it has a lot of caffiene in itWww@Answer-Health@Com

Its a crap breakfast!. Get rid of all the coffee, its so bad for you!. Instead of having the bar, which is probably full of sugar, have a low GI cereal with skim milk and a piece of fruit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think you need a higher caloric intake and higher protein diet to go along with the rigorous exercise and high reps in your weight lifting routine to achieve such designed muscle structure!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
