How can I get a nicer body?!


Question: How can I get a nicer body!?
I'm betwwn 133-136lbs!. and 5'7!. I really like Whitney Thompson's body from America's Next Top Model!. She's probably the same as me she is a full figured model and is 5'10 and I heard she is about 155!. I like my legs and arms I basically need to work on my stomach!. My hips have some fat on them which makes them look really wide and my stomach needs to loose a little fat!.
It doesn't really matter to me how long it takes but I honestly would like to lose the fat by the end of June so I still have summer left to wear a bikini!. But it is alright if i don'tWww@Answer-Health@Com

For all the people saying sit ups and alike exercises!. Those won't work how you want them to!. It is impossible to 'Spot train' Meaning that if you want to lose fat in your arms, lifting weights won't help!. Exercises will tone your muscles, but if you have a layer of fat overlaying it, you don't see the abdominal muscles!. Cardio exercises are the best way to loses any weight and have healthy cardiovascular and pulmonary systems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat only green salads with one tablespoon of oil an d meat in grill twice a day!. drink lots of water and if you get hungry eat 2 carrots or 2 fruit!. nothing else!. excersise 5 times a weak!. in one month the difference will be massive but you have to follow this by the letter!. xxxWww@Answer-Health@Com

Your ideal weight would be 135 lbs so your weight is excellent and absolutely perfect!.

Swimming every day is very good for toning as well as slimming!. The more laps every day the better!. Perhaps a bit of toning is all you need!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sugar

those little packets that come in shoes that say DO NOT EAT

I suggest have a good diet!. Exercise alot like everyday!. Eat Healthy food!. and make sure you sleep early cuz its good for your help!. Also importantly clean yourself everday!. Take a shower make sure you are clean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Diet and exercise is the answer!. Watch what you eat and get plenty of aerobic activity!.
Maybe a trainer at the gym or a nutritionist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Work out and do alot of abdominal work!. Sit ups and crunches etc!. Eat healthier, and that should do it for you!.

Work out atleast 20 minutes a day 4 days of th week atleast!.

you have to work out and depending on your age, your not going to get that if your young, im sure shes in her 20's!? or maybe younger not sure!. if your 13, 14 ect thats not going to happen all as you want it to!. but still work out and eat right!. and no heels wont change your body thats a load of bull!. and dont "diet" or cut your food portions, if your going to mess around with what you eat then i 100% recommend a plan MADE for you! any other cause mess up your body, go to a nutritionists or a doctors!. they will give you one that will make you lose weight and keep it that way!. any other "diet" will work for a day and it will mess up your metabolism, so not only will you gain back the weight, you will also gain more, so just a heads up!. and no this not bull!. ive done so much looking into this stiff for girls who ask this!. i dont want to see them ruining their bodys!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
