Question:

Will I lose wiehgt doing cardio ?

If I do cardio, like running, eliptical, and jogging or jump roping, roller blading, will I lose wight in my stomach and chest? this is for a guy?

I've also stopped drinking soda and am going to drink just water.

Will losing some weight in this area help with not feeling so winded after running and other activities after a while? Meaning now after about 5 minutes of running I get really really winded and my heart beats like crazy. Will it be easier and my heart not beat as much once I am going this for a month or two, will it get easier?

ALSO, if I want to lose weight around my chest and stomach is there some specific cardio I should do more than another? I just doing want to be winded, I dont get winded when I walk or anything, but running and even sometimes sex gets my heart racing!


Answers:

Yes, cardio activities burn more calories. You need to do a minimum of 30 minutes a day, but an hour is better.
If you do not increase what you eat, you will lose weight as well as trim and tone your body.
Stopping soda is an excellent idea.
Not only is soda high in calories, the carbonation also slows weight loss.
