Question: I am 16 and need help in losing weight!?
My height is 5'6 and weigh 176 Lbs and i am seriously in need to get my weight down!. I have a month left from my summer vacations and I am planning to get the maximum out of it to reduce weight!. Can someone suggest me some good tips to follow to get my weight down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
