Workout plan .?!
Question: Workout plan !.!?
i want to lose my stomach fat and tighten my stomach but the only problem is i always lose motivation and give up or i get bored/tired of the excersises!. Any suggestions for a plan that will help me stay motivated and keep me from getting bored!.

oh one more question!. how can i stop myself from holding my breath when i excersise !? I tend to hold my breath and not breathe while doing situps, crunches etc!. which just makes me tired!. I dont know why i do that!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
