How can i keep my muscle while cutting and doing heavy cardio??
For the next 6 weeks, I plan on losing anywhere from 10-14 pounds.
I will be decreasing my calories GREATLY, and my workout will look like this:
Mon: HIIT
Tue: Heavy Lifting
Wed: HIIT
Thurs: Heavy Lifting
Fri: HIIT
Will that help me lose fat while keeping my muscle??
Or should I be lifting 3x a week and doing HIIT 2x a week?

If you cut your calorie intake and do heavy cardio, your body will start using the protien in your muscles for fuel- eat as much protein as you can to keep your body stocked of this vital fuel and your muscles should stay pumped while your losing that weight.
