Question: Problem losing wieght!?
i need to lose wieght!. i have 3months to do it!. i would like to lose 10-12LBS!. any simple ideas!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

~I guess you should eat foods that are rich in fiber like oatmeal, fruits and veggies!.!.!.

~Drink a lot of water but not cold <cold water could make you gain weight>



DONT'S:
~Avoid eating chocolates!.

~Avoid eating junkfoods!.!.!. <it contains empty calories>

~Avoid drinking softdrinks and liquors!.!.!.

~Dont skip meals specially your breakfast!. <breakfast preferably must be oatmeal>



EXERCISE:
~biking

~dance at least 2x a week <if you can dance>

~but for me the best of all, is jumping rope!. !

Here is what i am doing I have lost 14 pounds since April 16th!.

DO eat lots of fiber, whole grains, fruit, veggies, lean meats (no beef or red meat) And drink lots of water

DONT eat enriched flour or rice!. Stay away from saturated fats, high fructose corn syrup, sugar and trans fat!.

Splurge once a week!. But get back on track!.

EXERCISE:
about 4 times a week if you're a begginer!. about 30 to 45 minutes of any type of cardio (running, walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, skating, machines like elliptical etc) and do very light weights for toning so you build muscle and burn more calories!.

Stop snacking - if you really need something, have fruit - watermelon is the best!. Go for a 10-15min run each evening or earlier in the morning when it is cooler!. Cold makes the body burn more calories!. Shy away from junk foods - they will only let you down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
