Question: Will only eating junkfood every other day help me loose weight!?
i want to cutt out junk food all together, but then after a week with out it !.!. ill have one cookie, then it will be so tempting to eat like 10 more!.

soo, i wanna only eat it every other day, can that give me a little boost on looseing weight!?

Yes, it can, as long as you watch your calories!. Instead of a daily intake do a weekly intake!. Infact, zig zagging your calories has been proven to keep one from falling into a weightloss plateau where one just can't lose!.

In college I ate a giant blueberry mufffin for breakfast and a King size snickers bar and a diet coke every day for lunch, with an apple snack and usually enchiladas or pizza for dinner!. I'm 5'5" and this kept my weight at 116 with my only exercise walking around campus!.
Fluctuating is the key as is figuring out how to let yourself eat the foods you love!.
Also, it kind of helps to look at the Eat This Not That so that you can eat at your fave places but make better choices!.

There is also something called the cookie diet you might like!.
You eat 6 cookies during the day and whatever you want for dinner!. Its a little crazy but I have heard it really works!. There is a specific cookie diet where you eat these guys cookies

but that seems a bit of a rip!. Eat the cookies you like, take a multivitamin, and eat protein with dinner and it should work!.

if this is your problem maybe you could go get some "healthy" junk food!. make steps towards eating no junk food but while your working try to eat cookies sweetened with honey the first time!. next week replace the honey cookies with sweet fruit like mango or try to eat veggie chips!.
