How can I lose my belly/thigh fat in 1 month or less?!


Question: How can I lose my belly/thigh fat in 1 month or less!?
I want to lose my belly fat and thigh fat ASAP! I'm tired of being fat and I really do want to look good in my swimsuit for this summer ><~ Unfortunately!.!. yesterday I cracked both my ankles and now they're swollen!. I can't do any running exercies (including playing tennis and swimming)) otherwise it'll hurt a LOT and I doubt anyone or anything can convince me to do the acupuncture thing!. @!.@ Anyway, so does anyone have any workout routine that doesn't really use the legs much!.!. and don't say sit up PLEASE crunches are fine though =] Oh! and just so you know!.!. before you mention situps or crunches!.!. I thought you should know that for some reason my back starts hurting once i start those!.!. like after 3 I feel pain!. Also, does drinking a lot of water actually help!?

Ok well you won't exactly be able to lose all of it but you can definitely tone it down!. What I would suggest is doing lots of cardio like running, skipping, biking etc!.!.
Keep your diet clean and avoid sugary crap at all costs!. If you do decide to eat stuff like chocolate cut back on your other foods so for example if you have a chocolate bar eat less rice at dinner!.
Another thing would be to exercise your abs so that its more toned!. I suggest looking on you tube for ab exercises because they have A LOT of good ones!.!.!.check out the "8 minute" ab workout its really good!. Also I don't suggest working out your thighs because it will build muscle and make it look bigger!.!.just rely on cardio to shape your legs (abs are different cuz toning them makes them appear smaller)!.
Oh and one last thing you could workout every other day for 30mins to an hour or everyday for faster results!.
