How good is my workout routine?

Focus- muscle building
(cardio every day)


MONDAY AND THURSDAY (upper body)
Flat bench presses 3x8
bent over rows 3x8
dumbbell shrugs 3x8
dumbbell military press 3x8
fly’s 3x8
biceps curl 3x8
triceps kickback 3x8
good mornings 3x8
forearms 3x8

wednesday-REST


TUESDAY AND FRIDAY (lower body and abs)
standing calf raises 3x8
leg extensions 3x8
lunges 3x8
squats 3x8
crunches 3x8
leg raises 3x8
side bends (for obliques) 3x8


NOTE: i heard 8 reps at failure is enough for muscle building and 3 sets would work it out enough.


Answers:

sounds very good, reps are a personal issue, it is up to what you can take
