Well, the most common answer will be to lift weights, heavy and hard!. But that is only half the story!.!.!.

You'll also want to eat!. I mean a lot! Keep this is mind!. 3500 calories = 1lb!. So, if you want to gain a pound in a week, you need to eat an extra 500 calories per day!.

Calculate your base diet calorie requirements using our calculator: http://www!.freakynutrition!.com/diet_calc!.!.!.

For every 30min you spend lifting in a day, add about 300 to your base number!.

Get most of your calories from protein!. You'll want to take in a minimum of 1gm per pound of body weight each day!.

Do not limit your carbs either!. You need them for energy!.

Many people make the mistake of trying to diet AND gain mass at the same time!. Trust me when I say this will not work!.

You will either be dieting to get rid of excess fat, or you will be dieting to put on mass!. NOT both at the same time!.

It is often difficult for me to eat all of my required calories in a day!. So, I will use mass gainers and protein supplements!.

-Hope this helps

Well, sounds a bit strange, but I am going to assume you do not mean how do you get taller!.

If however, you wish to get stronger and be in "good" shape!.
First you need to do the basics, and that is eat well!. Try and eat some of each of the "food chain"!. Also, try and eat plenty of protein and carbs and a high caloric intake is okay as well!. Then you need of course to work-out!. You can do strength training by working your upper body one day and your lower the next!. You can do this with a machine, regular weights or just resistance of your own weight such as push ups and sit ups!. You can increase your weight even with this method!. If you need to start with doing push ups on your knees, that is fine!. You can then move to regular push ups and then you can start doing an incline push up with your feet in a chair and you can of course go as far as having your feet almost straight above you leaning on the wall!. Also , very important is to get an aerobic exercise as well, make sure your workouts increase your heart rate by 80 to 110% for at least twenty minutesWww@Answer-Health@Com

Eat healthy do exercise or see a personal trainer who can tell you exactly the exercises you should be doing to achieve your target weight!. Don't smoke it may stunt your growth & don't drink too much, just the obvious things im afraid no magic potion out there lol!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, I hope you mean stronger, not fatter! But be sure to eat lots of protein and maybe try to go to a gym instead of on the computer, watching t!.v!. ect!. Probably the best is try to eat from all of the food groups everyday, except the meat!. = )Www@Answer-Health@Com
