JOGGING OVER 2 KM EVERYDAY!. BUT IT'S BETTER TO RUN!.

you can!.!.!.!.hmmm go on a diet clean the house!. walk your dog!. push mow your lawn, i don't know anything else i think you have to do some sort of work out in order to be fit now if you want to just be skinny then you can starve your self and drink a bunch of caffeine and smoke those virginia slims but that is not recomended but you will be skinny!. oh i know you can detox your body cleanse out all your intestines!. i drink aloe vera and i lost and extra seven pounds i don't know from where since i am already fit but hey it works but your only suppose to do that for like a month out of every six or 9 months

Here is a great website with lots of ideas for helping people begin to start exercising, and there are forums full of people going through the same thing who also have ideas and suggestions!. I used it to help me lose weight and get healthier, and I didnt' have to go to a gym to exercise!.

They have a section on exercises, many floor exercises without any need for equipment, exercises to do with a yoga ball, dumbells, and resistance bands!. perhaps you can find some in there that you can enjoy doing at home!.
Also it's a very good idea to start walking regularly, do it say every night after dinner!. make yourself walk for 20 minutes, no matter what!. Then maybe you can start to jog for 5 of that 20 minutes, or just add 5 minutes of jogging on, then build it up more as you choose!.
Find yard work to do that will really work you out!. Rake the lawn, really move your body and stretch as you do things, thinking about working the muscles and making them stronger and firmer!.
