Question: I seriously need your help! please and thank you!?
please help me with gaining weight and muscle fast!. im 15 years old, im about 5'10'' and i weigh 129!. a chart says im 16 pounds underweight!. im really skinny and i hate taking off my shirt!. i need to gain muscle and weight fast!. you can see my ribs and even my bones of my neck on my shoulders!. please help with sources, sites, or anythign you know!. thank you!. its greatly appreciatedWww@Answer-Health@Com

You need to increase the amount of lean protein you are eating!. Protein is key to building muscle and in turn adding to weight gain!. You should be able to gain 1-2 pounds per week if you add a resistance training regime to a more complete diet for a guy your age!. Many teenagers have trouble keeping up with the calorie needs of their quickly growing bodies!. It is normal to have this difficulty, even in our overweight society!.
Drink whole fat milk if you don't already!.
Snack on roasted nuts or granola!.
Add granola to yogurt!.
Try to avoid weight gain shakes if you can!. If you feel they are necessary, talk to your doctor or nutrtionist!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
