Hmm, I'm not fat.. or am I ?!


Question: Hmm, I'm not fat!.!. or am I !?
I used to think I was REALLY fat!.!.
and always try to lose weight!.!.
but now I think I am fine how I am and it is starting to worry me, like why I don't see myself as fat anymore!.!. :s I think I am average size, not pencil thin not fat, just sort of muscular!. I have been considering people think I am fat and I just dont notice as much anymore, I don't know what to think!. This is a really random question and I sound nuts, but itss just how I think!.!. worst possible scenario!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're comfortable with your body then you're doing well!. If you feel healthy and don't have any health problems due to whatever you weigh then I wouldn't worry!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you really want to know, get some body fat callipers, they will give your body fat percentage!. BMI isnt really accurate because muscle weighs more than fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The most important thing is how you feel about yourself!. However, being a bit too large can have health consequences too!. Can I suggest you work out your BMI (body mass index)!? Get your weight in kilograms and divide up by your height in metres squared!. Ie if you are 1!.64 m and weigh 70kg, you do 70/(1!.64*1!.64) = 26!.03!. Ideally you want to be between 20 and 25!. Anything 25-30 is a bit overweight, and you might like to consider a diet, but you probably needn't bother!. If you're over 30, you really ought to diet a bit!. (If you're under 20, you are most definitely not fat you are anorexic!) If you have a high BMI, see your doctor about it, and ask for medical help with dieting and feeling good about your size!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
