Question: Is it possible to get too much sleep!?
Hypotheticaly of course!. If I slept as long as I possibly could every day, would anything bad happen!? Say maybe14 hours of sleep!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

The more you sleep, the more your body gets used to that amount of sleep and the more it thinks it "Needs" that much now!.
If you sleep over your ages recomended sleep time then you will be come sluggish and tired more easily!. You become more suseptable to illness!.
You motabilism will slow down and you will also put on weight!.!.!. unless you want to put on the pounds!.
The only thing that should be getting 14 hours of sleep is a baby!.

I think I have been reading your poetry!. How are you sleeping that much if you are writing other parts of the day!? Just wondering!. Do you not do anything else!? You may be bored because of not being active!. Sleeping that much daily would suggest depression!. One can get rested from work, but never from laziness or depression!.
