Just wonderingWww@Answer-Health@Com
Answers:
yes, it's already genetically encoded as to how many times your muscles fibers can effectively be broken and repaired!. once this limit is reached, well, thats it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Well!.!.!. weight trainers can plateau and need to change up their routines i!.e!. confuse your body to get more gains!. This is because the more you train, not only the more your body adapts to your training but the more your body gets used to adapting to training!. The same happens with running- if you want to lose weight by running three miles a day, eventually your body will do those three miles so efficiently that calorie expenditure will be minimal!. So you find ways to change your routine!.
But!.!.!. just like there are biological limits to how many calories you can burn or how fast you can run, I guess there is a theoretical limit to how buff one can get without chemical help/cheating!. For example, after x lbs of lean muscle mass your gravity will attract bullets or your spine will snap under the pressure and you will die!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
