Am I too Skinny........:)?!


Question: Am I too Skinny!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.:)!?
I Am 13 yrs old and i am 5'8!. My weight is 94 pounds and i am supposed to be 115!. I can see my bones on my hands and my ribs!. Not all of them tho! Even when i was a baby i was 18 inches and 5!.3 oz!. I Sorry to be asking but i have been acused of being ill!. I am fine with myself!. I EAT A 3,000 caloire diet!. My day is usallay two patties ony the meat!. and a side of fruit!. Then i have a one for a snack later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah underweight!.
But if you don't look ill and you clearly don't have an eating disorder just live with it!. It's better than being fat!!! I know exactly how horrible it is when people say 'urgh you're so skinny, are you anorexic or something!?!?' I am naturally thin and do NOT have any eating disorders so it is actually quite hurtful!.
If you are just naturally thin too just embrace it - i've learnt its better to be this way than fat!. :) ignore the people who say you're ill!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you are eating two patties of only beef, and a side of fruit 2 times per day, that's definately not 3000 calories!.
If you are happy with the way you look, just live with it!. if you aren't, you should do something about it!. weight train and eat the right amount of calories and macronutrients!. just to show you how you are wrong about your 3000 calories per day, here is a sample 3000 calories diet with 30% protein, 40% carbs, and 30% fat

Meal 1
4 egg whties, 3 whole eggs, 1/2 cup oats (measured before cooking), 1 glass of whole milk

Meal 2
1 large chicken breast, 1 glass of milk, 1 cup of rice measured after cooking, 1 tbsp olive oil

Meal 3
150 grams of 90% lean beef, 1 large whole wheat bun, 1 slice fat free cheese, veggies

Meal 4
1 can (6 oz) tuna packed in water, 1 large potato, 1 tbsp olive oil

Meal 5 & 6
repeat any of the meals above

that is 3000 calories!.!.!. 2 patties and a piece of fruit is not 3000 calories!.

It is up to you if you want to do something about it or not!.

Your ideal weight would be 140 lbs so below 120 lbs could be regarded as underweight!.

If you were not eating enough you would have stunted your growth and you would have been a lot shorter than 5'8!. You claim that you consume 3,000 calories per day!.

Perhaps you have a very small frame without much width and depth (thickness)!.

Perhaps plenty of nuts might help you to gain some weight but not almonds as they are not fattening unless you eat bucketloads!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
