I feel fat, but my weight says otherwise...?
I'm 5 ft 1 and a half 11 years old and 88 pounds, and a male ( I recently lost 20 pounds) I am on a healthy diet consume, no fast food, or any deserts - ever. I still feel really chunky and flabby but my bmi says otherwise, I'm scared I may be developing an eating dissorder, what can I do to get rid of flab?
Do sit ups build muscel under flab
create flab into muscel
or make muscel firm?
plz answer...

you cant rely on bmi. go with what the mirror says.if your diet is already healthy, just add exersice to the mix. sit ups strengthen your core they wont burn fat.
