I am not a chemist or anything along those lines!. I have never heard that protein would be bad for you!. I have heard a debate over Soy versus Whey!. The majority of bodybuilders and anyone who wants to eat healthy incorporates some source of protein!. They are some of the basic building blocks for lean muscle growth and recovery!. To answer your question, yes I would use it!.

Quick example of my protein intake in a day!. 5 egg white omelet with 1 yolk mozz cheese and turkey bacon, then Pistachios, then chicken breast or tuna, then beef jerky, then chicken breast, after workout recovery shake with whey protein and creatine!. I have not gained fat by doing this!. Of course there are carbs and good fats but I wanted to give you an example of the protein intake!.

Hope this helps, feel free to contact me for any other questionsWww@Answer-Health@Com
