How many calories should I?!


Question: How many calories should I!?
How many calories should I take in if I am trying to get to 25 pounds!? Is 600-900 a day good enough!? I also exercise every other day, and burn all of the calories or a little bit more than half!. Is that a good diet!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you should eat at least 1700 calories a day to be healthy!. Just make sure you see how many fat calories there are in it!. You will lose weight since you are eating those small amounts of calories but you will be very likely to gain them all back very quickly once you quit your diet!. I suggest that you eat at least 1700 healthy calories a day with minimal fat calories and continue to exercise daily if you need to!. The less you eat the less energy you will have to exercise and get healthy and fit!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
