Question: Is this a healthy weight for my age!?
I am 14 and weigh 105 pounds, and I have pretty decent muscles in my arms but not my legs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Rather than looking at your weight, look at your BMI!. I don't know your date of birth so I can't calculate it exactly but I'm guessing your BMI is around 17!.9 which is healthy!. Here is a BMI calculator for teens:

It totally depends on your height and your build!. However, it's your BMI that is more important!. I am 5'3'', and I weigh 160 lbs, but I am muscular and big-boned!. If I were the weight that the charts say I should be, I would be skin and bones, but my doctor says that I am at a healthy weight!. You want a BMI in the early 20's!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes that's ok for a 5'5 at 14; as you get older youll grow a few more pounds (5 or 10 per year) and by 18 you should be about 130, maybe more if you grow taller, by this time your leg will be filled enough!.

If by 16 you are still 105 then there is something wrong!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're height is in the 5's, that that's pretty average and healthy!.

If you're 5 7 plus, that's a bit skinny and unhealthy!.

if you are a guy, you need to start working out and eating more! you are way skinny
