Question: How can I get Bigger/Gain weight!? Details inside!?

Height: 5'11"
weight: 135
I'm very athletic and involved in basketball
I rarely life weights, you could say never (once a month!?)
I don't eat breakfast and during the school year neither lunch

Now, mind you I do weigh 135!. Im a little cut but its just from being skinny and some push ups!.
How could I get to 150 lbs or more by the end of the summer!? Remember that I do not eat a lot nor lift weights, but I am willing to bust my butt this summer to gain weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you can't eat, then you should just abandon all your plans right now!. your body can't build muscle if it has nothing to build with!.
if you're looking to build, you have to:
1!. LIFT WEIGHTS - you have to convince and trick your body that you need bigger muscles to do your daily routine!. the more resistance your body faces, the more it will want to build so it can do its job!.
2!. EAT - you have to eat A LOT!. eat breakfast, brunch, lunch, linner, dinner, dreakfast (you get the idea!?)!. you need the calories and protein to cover the energy you burn during workouts AND the ones you need to store and build!.
take 1g of protein for every 1lb of muscle you have daily and rest muscle groups for atleast a day after a workout day so it can repair and grow!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do more weights, drink plenty of water
drink plenty of milk
eat right
and do some cardio
so when u lose weight, and gain the extra muscle
u wont look bulky and fatter

beer/ale yeast!. It has a lot of vitamin B, too!. It will make you gain weight in a week!. Either buy at pharmacies, as supplement, or in any place which specializes in brewing!. Three pills a day/three tablespoons a day - depends on the product, and you are there!. Good for bones and hair as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
