Hydroxycut, whey protein, and excercise: is this a good combo?
Recently I have been determined in losing weight so I decided to replace my meals by drinking whey protein to replace my breakfast and lunch. I am also taking hydroxycut in hopes of speeding up the results. I excercise everyday by lifting weights and doing about 30 minutes of cardio. I also take multi-vitamins as well since I am not eating real meals. Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks!
