sugars definitely,
and cut down on beef and red meats,
creams and thick dairies,
carbs are not that bad, they are actually neccessary but then again too much is a bad thing
eat frozen yogurt instead of ice cream,
eat fruit when you crave sugars
make a well rounded salad when you want to binge on salty snacks!.
also avoid eating in front of the tv, you dont realize how much you consume until you have gone through a party size bag (try snacking on baked chips or baby carrots)
and please Do NOT Drink SODA!!! its liquid satan and might ruin your entire diet

also try cardio, jogging, yoga, aerobics, its a lot of fun

It's possible, it's on average 2!.5 lbs a week!. It would be difficult to keep it healthy though!. To lose weight healthily, exercise 3+ times a week and eat 1200-1500 calories a day, keeping fat content low and making sure you're eating a lot of fruit and veg!. This may be slower, but you'll be more likely to keep the weight off!. Good luck with your healthy weightloss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

all fatty carbs!.!.!. no matter how tempting they are, if u want to lose weight that much you will do whatevers best for you!.!.!. dont eat the skins on meats, eg, chicken!.!.!. and eat as much fruit and veg as you can!.!.!. excercise is the real deal, you might wanna work out, you will lose some weight and probs add some, but the added weight will be in muscle not fat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

YES! In three months I have lost 35-40 lbs!! It is completely doable! It just takes commitment and EXCERCISE!! Eat between 1200-1500 calories a day and excercise hard for about an hour a day and it will melt off! Remember calories in, calories OUT! Have fun with it! And good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

it all depends on your starting weight!. if you are grossly over weight 2-3 pounds a week is an easy thing to lose!. If you are close to your normal weight any way 20 pounds may not be so easy!. as far as cutting foods out that depends on the overall starting weight as well!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes definitely ok to lose weight 20 pounds but first break down your goal of 20 pounds to 3 months so each month you need to lose 10 pounds so work on it!. either eat less , work more on exercise !.Www@Answer-Health@Com
