I'd say to reach a healthy weight, lose 50 lbs!. Do it the healthy way, though!. Excercise at least 30 minutes a day and eat plenty fruits and vegetables during the day!. Replace soda with water and lay off the sweets!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it doesn't matter much on what you weigh just how healthy you are!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
