Too much weight loss?!


Question: Too much weight loss!?
I have noticed my restless nights was related to my sugar intake!.
So I started staying away from sugar and dairy due to intolerance and I increase my protein and veggie intake, but now i'm getting too thin and I don't like it, is there any way I can gain a little weight back without sugar!.

I was also informed that my body type weight (hips, thighs and butt) was a t type (thyroid)fat!. Which the thyroid was missing something, but im not quite sure!. Is there anyone have knowledge on the thyroid type body fat!. Please help thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would check out your BMI online and see if you're in the right weight range for your height and age!. If you're below where you should be, I would talk with a nutritionist or a dietician about what you're not eating that you should be!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'd go to your doctor and talk about it!.

if your doctor couldn't figure it out, it's probably your diet!. i understand you don't want sugar or dairy!. ask your doctor what you can do to gain weight the **healthy** way!. or, just start eating things with higher fat content!.
