sweetie, I am 20, 5'8 and weigh 190 pounds!.!.!.!.I still feel average!. It depends on where it sits!. Mine happens to stay around my chest and hips!. Making my weight heavier but my body looking a bit average!.

I would NOT look at the scale numbers!. If you feel like you have a bit of extra crap you don't want (i feel the same) what you want to do is drink water, and diet soda!.!.!.just water if possible ((those little shakie juices for it make it taste better)) and excercise!!!! I try and excercise everyday I am feeling muuuch better about tightening up my jiggle spots =]

I am in love with my excercise ball!!! try and do some crunches, or just sit on it whenever you get the chance!. Even if your watching tv if your sitting on it then your working out your abs!. Try and squeeze in some cardio too, I walk/jog on the tredmill, but if you dont have a tred then just enjoy walking outside and visiting nature lol!.

Everybody is going to tell you you are not fat and guess what, THEY'RE RIGHT, your 5 foot 8 inches and 141 pounds which i think is actually on the skinny side because i just graduated high school and am 5 foot 9 inches and 147 pounds and I'm 18!. You should probably get into basketball because at your height you would make a great basketball player!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sounds like you have a self-esteem issue and not a weight problem!. I'm sure that you are a wonderful person and you should not get down on yourself!. talk to your school counselors or parents or even a close friend that you can trust!. you are too young to be worrying about your weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
