Do I have weight issues?!


Question: Do I have weight issues!?
I am 15 years old and am only about 5' 4" tall!. I am approximately 175 lbs!. I want to know whether or not that is unhealthy, and what I could do at my age to help me to get healthier and lose weight, something I'd like to do (at least 30/40 lbs) by the beginning of my Sophomore year!. Any advice is welcome!.!.!. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No i wouldnt say your overweight but you could be at that "at risk" stage!. Im 14 and im 5'4 and i weigh 132!. If I were you i would just maybe eat smaller portions and watch your sweets!. ( as im sitting here eating an ice cream sandwich lol!.)Also maybe find a sport your interested in and get involved in it and that should take off a couple lbs!. Another thing you could do is just have a planned walk everyday, and the first time you walk make it a fairly short distance and keep increasing it from there!. then maybe when you get really motivated you can start running instead of just walking!. Hope this advice helps!.

well!.!.!. it depends completely on your build!. if your muscular thats not too bad!. im 14, 6foot and about 154 pounds!. for ur size, i fink it would be healthy to lose weight, but only if you feel you need itWww@Answer-Health@Com

that is a good, estimated amount for your age, but on Yahoo food or health you might wanna try eating healthy and exercising more so it will stay at a comfortable weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start running!. If that's too hard, bike!.
