First you need to find out what your ideal weight is for your body type and height. Then set your weight loss goal for that. Don't lose to much weight. Being healthy is more important than looking like a bean pole. As far as losing it--drink water. Lots and lots of it. Water flushes out the toxins and FAT in your body. Exercise, at your age i know walking and gyms are kinda out there but crank your stereo up and dance away half an hour at night. You can even watch your favorite videos on youtube and try to learn the dances for the heck of it. Swimming is great though--keep that up. Also try some yard work...you get a great tan and gain some muscle too! Besides sweating is another major way that you rid your body of toxins. Make sure that what ever you eat isn't fried. Try keep your meat baked and skinless and stem your veggies or eat em fresh! I know at your age body image is SO important especially when it come to your peers but be careful. DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT take any type of pill. That's going to mess with your digestive and renal systems and you are no where near needing to lose that kind of weight that bad. As far as exercising alone...call a friend up and see if they'd like to go walking with you. I promise if the two of you do this together then you'll be more likely to stick to it cause you have support.
Good Luck!
