Question: I keep doing curls but my biceps are not getting bigger!?
whats the problem i have been doing them for a while the rest of my body gets muscular when i work out but not my arms helpWww@Answer-Health@Com

First are you doing many variations of curls!? Hammer curls, Preacher curls, standing Barbell curls,Reverse curls,ect!? Also let me say i really start seeing my biceps grow when I train my back heavy!. Lat Pulldowns, Seated Rows, Lawnmowers, bent over Rows,ect!.!.!. Ive never seen a guy doing heavy rows without some big arms!.

Also if you want a big arm train your triceps hardcore!. Your tricep makes up the majority of your arm like 80%!.

eat something with protein and carb 1 hour before you work out and within 30 minute to and hour same,post workout!.There are only 2 exercises I do dumbell curl and wide grip bar curls!.If you want big lift heavy,something you can do 5 reps and just do 5x5!.When your happy with our size drop the weights to something you can do around 8-12 comfortably!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

OK to gain mass you need to do low reps high weight!. 5x5 is a great plan to gain mass!. Alright exercises, bent over rows target lats and biceps, weighted pull ups, then to regular curls, then after that hammer curls!. This is GUARANTEED to make you gain mass!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Curls are used for more toning for the most part I believe!. (I could be completely wrong)!. If you want to bulk up maybe try heavier weights or some workout machines including bicepsWww@Answer-Health@Com

curls are not the only excersice for them!.!.!.!.!.try pull downs, chest presses, bench press, and FREE WEIGHTSWww@Answer-Health@Com
