Please Help!?

I am 11 1/2 years old, female, and I weigh 179 lbs. I am always the one being picked on. I hate not having any friends! I'm sick of not feeling good either. I want to be able to run that mile in p.e class! I want to be able to keep up to all the toher kids. I'm sad, lonely, and fat! I want to lose weight before it becomes more of a problem!



I have no energy, and no friends.

I want a diet and exercise plan.


PLease, Can you guys help me. I'm tired of being made fun of.

I have a horse, and I ride. My cupboards are bare, but my family eats out EVERY SINGLE NIGHT! AND MORNING




Yeah, My parents Support me, and I ask to eat in every night, but we just do not have time. Dad works 12 hours, mom has to take care of 8 horses. But I do get to spend time with them at least. They are wonderful so just please don't call them mean :) Thanks.


And yes, mom weighs 200+, dad weighs 223... Sigh...

This really helped me lose weight but keep in mind that weight lose is a very slow process so dont worry when the results arent lightening fast.

Diets dont work but an eating plan does. Instead of eating 3 major meals a day, eat five small healthy ones through out the day to keep your metabolism going. Always eat breakfast in the morning but make sure it is nutricious, and low in sugar. Eat more fruits and vegetables and get plenty of protein from chicken. It is naturally fat free. Red meat is not good for you, so try eating more poultry and fish. Or, another option, is to research into vegetarianism. I am one and am very happy with it but it also very high maintenance so keep that in mind. Try cutting soda out of your diet completely. I stopped drinking soda and have lost lots of weight and kept it off.

Remember to stay active throughout the day. Keep riding your horse and having fun. Try jogging and dancing. I find these things a very fun way to burn fat.

When your family goes out to eat, try finding something on the menu that is low in fat. For example, get veggies as a side instead of fries, or a salad is always good. Eat slowly, it will fill you up faster. Also, inform your family on the eating out as well. Maybe you guys should concider getting healthy foods for the house instead of spending the money on eating out. You guys can lose the weight together.

It also seems like you need to build your self esteem. The type of people who would make fun of your weight are not the people you want to be friends with. I garantee there is someone who wants to be friends with you. Dont be so hard on yourself honey.
