Question: SUCCESS STORIES!.!.!. Weight Loss!.!.!.!?
I'm trying to loss some weight!. Is there anyone out there who is or was successful at losing weight!? If so, how much you loss and HOW YOU DO IT!? I know the obvious answer!.!.!. eat less ad exercise!.!.!. but, what do you eat, how much, and how much did you exercise!? Also, how long did it take!. Because, I'm graduating from college in 2 years, and I'm trying to be a new person when I walk across the stage!. It's crunch time baby! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

alright Ive been like Dr!. phil in this area!. I've helped a lot of people and they have all reach their goals in time!. How do you do it!. 1st thing You must really want to lose the weight if you do not accept this challenge and take it on every day then you will fail!. 2!. Eat less sugar type food cut back on bread a bit few slices a day, drink water!. If your like me you drink a case a soda a day, then stop you can lose a ton of weight right their!. then again i can't gain a thing from anything sadly!. 3!. ) its exercise time!. Your right crunchs, pushs ups, help build muscel and make you feel good!. walk at least 30 mins a day or go for runs!. or even hit the gym it really does pay for it self to get a membership!. 4!.) Eat your produce can't get enought yummy produce and its the perfect time lot of good sales going on and taste very good!. 5!.) set small goals to reach first then a big one!. This helps your self esteem that you can do this and to keep going!.

and the last and hardest step!.!.!. well maybe its not hard is to have fun with it! It doesn't seem to be bad if you like going out and exercising and less a chore you must do!. Listen to your ipod or drag a friend along what ever gets you into it!.

Its good that you are realising you want to change and giving yourself 2 years before graduation instead of 1 month like people try to do!. I have lost 20 pounds since February but i really kicked it into gear on April 16 and have lost 14 pounds since! Im 21 years old and I NOW weigh 208 and Im 5'9!. Not to big but not where I want to be!. I still have 26 pounds left to get to my weight!


Here is what i am doing I have lost 14 pounds since April 16th!.

DO eat lots of fiber, whole grains, fruit, veggies, lean meats (no beef or red meat) And drink lots of water

DONT eat enriched flour or rice!. Stay away from saturated fats, high fructose corn syrup, sugar and trans fat!.

Splurge once a week!. But get back on track!.

EXERCISE:
about 4 times a week if you're a begginer!. about 30 to 45 minutes of any type of cardio (running, walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, skating, machines like elliptical etc) and do very light weights for toning so you build muscle and burn more calories!.

I got up, stopped eating lil debbies and fried foods, and sugar drinks!. I cut carbs in half drank alot of water, ate 3 meals a day until i was about 70% full then had maybe 2-3 snacks that would consist of a piece of fruit or cup of low fat yogurt!. I always parked at the far end away from the building, and walked, i got into more physically stressful hobbies, swimming hiking walking running, things like that!. I didnt eat candy, as a sugar sub!. i use splenda and cant tell the difference other than on my @$$!. I lost over 100 pounds, i was a real heffer back when i used to sit play vid games watch TV and eat all the time, but it's not hard and u'll feel great trust me :) Very rewardingWww@Answer-Health@Com

well i lost 28 lbs in a matter of like 3-4 months!.

all i did was exercise about everyday in PE, go home and do a few exercises, and then walk to the store instead of driving there!. umm yeah that was my physical exercise!.

i ate tons of salads, soups, and sandwiches!.!.!.light on the dressings and condoments!. umm!.!.!.eat lots of veggies and fruits for snacks instead of chips and other crappy food!. eat smaller portions and eat at least 4 small meals a day!. don't starve yourself!. when you do eat, just eat healthy!.

there is no guide to truly losing weight!. you have to discover that yourself!. but a lot of books and web sites give helpful info and you should check them out!. check out SparkPeople!.com and WeightWatchers!.com, etc!. get books from the library that provide calorie counters and nutrition info!.

you should be able to make a big improvement in your body by 2 years!!! thats a long time to lose weight!. just keep it up, don't lose it!. once u lose one pound, aim for two, then three, then four!.!.!.make a goal first and try to achieve it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
