well seeing as how i used to weigh 370 lbs and now i weigh 220 i think i might know what it is u are going through!. There re many support groups out there such as topps (taking off pounds sensibly) jenny craig, weight watchers!. and so on!. This could be a great help for some and should be used!. I did not fit into these groups to well because of my schedule but they can be most helpfull!.
In order to lose the weight u really have to start eatingless but more times a day to start!. U will not lose weight by sitting around a lot u really have to workout and push yourself farther every week or day even if u ae jogging and u take a step further than the day before before long u will easily start to lose and u will begin to see how easy it really is to take off the weight !. gl gbWww@Answer-Health@Com

You can't lose 40 pounds - you can lose 1 lb!. at a time - so just do that instead!. Obivously, you have to eat right and exercise, but in addition, you have to find what works for YOU - and that may not be what works for everyone!. You can't put yourself on a temporary diet, it must be a lifestyle change that isn't hard for you to keep up!. For example, my weight was more than I liked about 2 years ago!. In my case (and I do eat healthfully) the answer was to stop eating lunch!. For some reason, this is easy for me!. I eat breakfast and dinner, but during lunch break, I take care of chores, errands, and personal business!. Doing this didn't make me drop weight instantly, but it gradually added up and I'm at the right weight now!. It also saved me money since lunch tends to mean grabbing a bite in a restaurant!. Just experiment until you find something that won't hurt your health that is also easy for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you can lose 40 pounds in around 2 months if you do a plan!. and it will be depending on your life styles!.
eat right, and that doesnt mean eatting less!. doctors get so mad when they find out you;ve been dieting by eatting less food!. so bad!.
you need to work out!. and tone!. cause most people dont need to "lose weight" they just need to tone!.
also ONLY eat healthy!. and yes have a "treat" you can eat w/e junk for you want as long as its once and a while and not too much!. *sigh* dont obsess over your weight either!. the last thing you want is to get into rehab cause you've gone to far, remember you need a "book" or you dont need to "count cals!. thats the worst thing girls do!. btw you SHOULD eat carbs, it about choosing better carb foods!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I lost about 30!. I bought a calorie counter book and wrote down everything I ate!. I tried to keep my calories between 1,300-1,500!. Also, I did cardio 45 min!. 3 days a week and some minor weight training for about 20 minutes on those days to!. In about 3 months I lost all the weight and have kept it off for over a year now!. Oh, I would give myself a cheat day once a week!. Or I would just have a bite of a cookie and throw the rest away!.

im not saying this is for everyone, but this is what i do, and im way skinny!.

-get a gym membership and work out like every other day
-start eating a pecto-vegetarian diet
-dont drink soda
-dont eat foods that you know are unhealthy like cheetos and ice cream and whatever the **** people eat
-dont drink beer, drink hard liquor

you could also take some diet pills, but dont rely on them!. exercise and good eating habits are your main means of weight loss!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

make a goal that you are going to lose 40 lb in 3 months

now do any kind of diet or exercize you want
then 3 months later check you weight and if you have NOT lost 40 lb then you have to give $300 to someone you hate!.

The only way to loose that type of weight is to have fun doing something active like dancing or walking or running!. prefferably i like turning my radion on and get all my favorite songs to play and dance my a*s off bout time I'm done Ive already danced foe about two hours and about a month I lost like 10lbs!. but that's because I love dancing and music and will constantly do it!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Here is what i am doing I have lost 14 pounds since April 16th!.

DO eat lots of fiber, whole grains, fruit, veggies, lean meats (no beef or red meat) And drink lots of water

DONT eat enriched flour or rice!. Stay away from saturated fats, high fructose corn syrup, sugar and trans fat!.

Splurge once a week!. But get back on track!.

EXERCISE:
about 4 times a week if you're a begginer!. about 30 to 45 minutes of any type of cardio (running, walking, jogging, dancing, swimming, skating, machines like elliptical etc) and do very light weights for toning so you build muscle and burn more calories!.

No way jose! You can do it!. I just lost 9 pounds in the last 3 weeks!. Please remember you didn't put 40 pounds on over night and you won't loose it either!. Eat well but only when hungry and not more than thrice a day!. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%!. To have more satisfaction out of ur food, Chew each morsel at least 32 times!. This will also activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness!. Obey these signals!. Do not go on fast or starvation diet!.

Nothing other than water in between!.

No special diet, call it by any name or program helps as one cannot adopt them on permanent basis!. Diet pills are chemicals and per se bad and shud be avoided unless the doc considers it necessary looking at ur condition!.

I'd suggest going on weight watchers or just plain eating better!. Staying physical will also help A LOT!.

often sit in a hot room , and eat lot of greens and do some stretching or if u are a tough guy do some serious exercise like gymnastics or jogging and do a lot of stretching!. You can even use sauna slim belt!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
