Question: Can anyone give me any tips on building muscle faster!?
please dont say like "go to the gym more" i mean like any specific suplements that work well or any specific workout routines that are effective, and what kind of a diet i should follow (yes i know high in protien but being a little specific would help)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No need giving you specific foods you likely know them!. There are no miracle foods or protein supplements!. One caveat, if your a guy stay away from soy protein, it is not good for you, fermented soy product are fine but the protein powders are no good!. Whey and albumin are fine for men!. Soy is great for women, just not men!.
Now for the secrets!. Do whatever muscle group exercise with good form to failure!. The exercised muscles should hurt the next day!. Let you muscle that hurts recover and only then do it again!.
Eat or drink a decent protein 1/2 hour before your work out and within 2 hours after your workout for maximum gains!.
When you stress the muscle you actually injure or tear the muscle fibers!. When they heal they get bigger and stronger!. So remember to get quality rest!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

even you are in your house, you can build your muscles!. just exercise every morning!. do a push ups, curl-ups, and make a dambel or barbel from cement to build muscle in your arms!.
