How do I increase the speed of muscle gain and strength?!


Question: How do I increase the speed of muscle gain and strength!?
About a month ago I began doing this exercise because I quit Tae Kwon Do, so keep in mind that I've just started:

4 times a week I!.!.!.
-run for 10 minutes
-do 3 sets of 10 reps on my biceps, pectorals and triceps
-do 3 sets of 10 sit-ups/crunches

What do you recommend I do to increase the speed of my muscle gain and increase the strength of my muscles!? Am I on the right track if I slowly increase the times/number of reps!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would stick with what you are doing!. If not try doing more each time !.If you want to build muscle mass with your weight lifting, you need to train heavy and train hard!. Your training needs to be infrequent but extremely intense!. And then you need to follow that up with plenty of rest time to allow your body to repair and rebuild muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

that is next to no excercise, no offense!.!.!.!.you need to double those numbers, ad push ups and more excercisesWww@Answer-Health@Com
