Question: Easy and fast way to get ripped!?
I keep in good shape run 5 miles a day!. I walk 5!. I can sprint 1 mile!. I only perform cardio though!. What is the easiest and Fastest way to get ripped and bulk up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

There isn't really an EASY way to get ripped!. There's a lot of mechanics behind it dealing with types of muscle fibers!. The best thing I can think of is to eat a proper diet, and do a lot of anaerobic work out (more focused on muscle strength than stamina)- after a while you will create small tears in your muscles which will later become more muscle mass!. It's a tough process that can take a while- especially if you are not naturally a person that builds bulky muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
