How long will it take me to lose 10-20lbs?!


Question: How long will it take me to lose 10-20lbs!?
I am 15 turning 16 soon!. my weight is about 130 lbs, height is 5'7" and i want to lose about 10-20lbs!. I'm fairly average yes but i want a smaller and slim body!. i believe my ideal weight should be 115-120!. no, i'm not looking at the BMI i believe that is not accurate!.
I just started exercising yesterday!. Although i have PE daily running about 10 minutes with a 10 minute warmup we play sports also for about 20 minutes but not vigorous or intense!. the exercise at school is really light!. At home I run for about 30 minutes, with the length of about 1 3/4 miles!. I've started to eat fruits and a small portion of food daily!. I'm planning to eat 5 small portioned meal daily!.

How long will it take me to lose 10-20lbs and how much weight do you think i will lose weekly!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

10lbs a month is a healthy rate to lose!.!.!.

Keep active at school with gym class and try to play sports or doing something active that you enjoy so it will keep you motivated to workout or continue running (jumping rope is also very good to do)

Eat your fruits and veggies, eating 5 times a day is great (make sure you watch your portions), and lots of water!

you should run 3 miles every other day!.!.!.!. and work out the opposite days!.!.!. just do simple stuff like situps and lunges!.!.!. go to mypyramid!.com!.!.!. it will help u find out wat u should eat wen u exercise so u dont become weak and extremely tiredWww@Answer-Health@Com

I had a similar work out plan!. Im 130 pounds, but i am 4'10! haha so i was a little chubby!. I ate fruits salad ( if you like tuna fish grab a head of lettuce chop it up throw some onions in there with a can of tuna and some mayo!. I know mayo is fattening but i didnt put that much in!. Its soo good!. i made a big bowl to last me for a few days!. I bought a pilates dvd and i did 20-30 mins 2-3x per week and i also ate shrimp and grilled chicken!. I would walk for about 1-2 hours per day for 5 days!. I lost about 12 pounds in just under a month!. I would say about a month a little less for your plan GOOD LUCK!Www@Answer-Health@Com
