Question: Does any one have any good diet plans that really work!!!!!!!!!!!!!?
please tell me of any good diet plans that work,
no mumbo jumbo ,please answer in paragraphs!!!

im only 13, so dont tell me all this stuff about drinking black coffee because im not allowed to drink it!!!

and does this grean tea or grean tea talets acctually do what it is supposed to do by upping your metabolisim!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

1!. dont bank on the words 'fast','easy','simple' & 'quick'!.!.!.!.to stay safe,you shoudnt lose beyond 3 pounds of fat per week

2!. start brisk walking 40-60mins a day!.!.!.get a dog or 2 if you find your walking routine boring!.!.or if you are at a gym,experiment all forms of
cardio available and stick to all that you like

3!. drink only water,100% natural/fresh fruit/veggie juices,lowfat milk and lots of green tea

4!. severely limit carbs n fat but eat lean proteins and veggies very well!.!.make sure you eat a good breakfast!foods generally that aid fat loss-
fruits,oatmeal,milk,raw nuts,fish,beans,veggies, small chunks of dark chocolate and herbal teas!.

5!. do adequate amounts of pilates/yoga/strength training to get the best from your cardio,make slight adjustments to your workout routines
every 2 or 3 weeks to avoid plateaus

6!. be smart when eating out or at events/functions(such as preparing your own meal & eating in advance)

7!. dont trust myths like "no food after 7pm"!.!.!.you have to stay nourished to lose fat,!.!.the best you can do if you are scared to eat is perhaps
drink a glass of ice chocolate lowfat milk mixed with a tsp of instant softened oatmeal!.!.!.

There is really no magic "diet" out there that is going to help you lose weight in a healthy manner and keep weight off!.

Being that you are 13 years old it is important that you don't deprive your body of the things it needs and with some diets that can happen!.

I would recommend following the food pyramid!. That is the best diet you can do!. And don't forget to exercise regularly!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

yea im 15 on a diet plan from a nutrtionist!.!.that green tea!. bs doesnt relli help i mean has antioxidents but dont if u dont like it to make ur metablism faster u need to strength train like push ups sit ups muscle burns 8x more cals than fat and cardio like 4x a wek for about 40mins then eat around 1400cals to lose weight 1700 to maintain make it 35%protein 20%carbs 20%fruit 15% vege 10%fatsWww@Answer-Health@Com
