If you look up the statistics you will find that cycling will burn more fat!. Swimming while a total body movement doesn't promote fat loss because fat acts as an insulation against heat loss in the water!. This is a natural body reaction to being in water!. Unless you are a marathon runner cycling will burn more fat!. You didn't state how long you were going to be doing this activity so that does play a part in this!. Anyway cyclist will consume some significant calories as fuel and it is easier on the body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Cycling and running work mostly the legs!. Running will help with arms a little bit if your arms swing a little while you run, but I would say swimming is best!. It is a total body workout!. It gets arms, legs, and core!. If you are wanting to burn fat, I would say that a cardio is beneficial, but weight training will be most useful!. I wanted to lose weight, and very quickly after I had my daughter!. I would train with weights in the morning and do a cardio in the evening, and the results were astounding!.Just make sure to push yourself, but not to the point where you will injure yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Running, without a doubt! Ask yourself, which is harder to do and unless you are taking a spinning class with resistance, its a no brainer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
