Question: I only have 7lbs to lose!?
I only have 7lbs to lose, and i'm in the normal weight for my height already, i just want to get rid of my tummy!.

The last 5-10 lbs are a pain in the neck ok! BUT don't give up you have to stick with it!. Here are some tips!.
-Cut back 100-200 out of you diet
-Cut back on sweats and bread and anything fried, cheesy, greasy, creamy, ect
-Up you exercise and lift those weights!
-Don't eat after 7:30 (or two hours before you go to bed)
-Get some sleep!
-Drink more cold water it rele works!
-No soda at all
-Try not eating a day a week and drink just milk or juice!.
-Don't put yourself in hard situations!.
-Keep a food journal! It work wonders!

Tell me about it, those last few pounds around the stomach can be extremely difficult to lose!. You wll just have to continue to watch your diet and step up your exercise regimen!. To lose that stomach fat you will have to lose bodywide!. You might build your stomach muscles by doing crunches!. Muscles burn a lot of calories!. You might slightly increase your overall muscle mass!. But his can cause you to gain weight while looking smaller!. But at least the fat will be gone!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

7 DAY DIET PLAN!. (GM DIET):
1st day: fruits except bananas
2nd day: vegetables
3rd day: fruits (except mango, grapes, dates,banana) and vegetables

5fth day: Beef and Tomatoes ( limited quantities)
6th day: Beef and Vegetables (unlimited quantity)

Just cut out the rubbish for 2 weeks and you will lose it easily, just eat food that is really healthy, watch your calorie and fat intake and if you are just focusing on your stomach then you will also need to do exercises such as stomach crunches, good luck, you will lose it no problem!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
Lucky you, why don't you do the rowing machine at the gym, or work out doing press up's to tighten up your abs!.

Eat very healthy for a few weeks, just vegetables, fruits, lean meats, ect!. Stay away from fast food, soda (even diet), sugary juices etc!. Go for walks/jogs in the morning, do some crunches a few times a week!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
